 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The technician knew what he doing and was good at explaining my options and related costs for repairing a garage door. He had a lot of parts on the truck, so no need for multiple trips. I also had him replace the entry keypad outside and he made sure it was properly programmed with the opener. After a quick inspection (my request)  he called out some very worn spots on the door opener track and let me know they have a lifetime warranty.
