Daughter had flight to UK early next morning. Overhead came out that afternoon and got garage door open so we could get cars out. Ordered new door (it was due) and door opener. Installed on following Monday. Boards were rotted. More work than they anticipated. Took care of it all.  Repairman and Installers were professional, courteous and very helpful.  Set up new opener codes for house and cars.  They were great.  100% Recommend. AND, the new opener is so quiet!

Despite a temperature well over ninety degrees, the technician was extremely professional and even took the time to clearly explain what repairs were being made and why. Fast, professional, and fixed it right My garage door suddenly stopped opening, so I went to Overhead Door's site to schedule an appointment. I was impressed that they had a technician out within just 2 hours. Turned out both springs had broken, and the tech had them replaced within an hour. The door is now working better than it has in the 7 years I've lived here. Quick response, efficient work, and a great result. Highly recommend!
