Fast, professional, and fixed it right My garage door suddenly stopped opening, so I went to Overhead Door's site to schedule an appointment. I was impressed that they had a technician out within just 2 hours. Turned out both springs had broken, and the tech had them replaced within an hour. Occasional preventive maintenance by the most professional, qualified dude - I don't get this PM work done as often as I should - but they always get me right back on track (groan....).
