He made sure my order that I had placed originally with my sales representative
Amy Logan whom at that time wasn't available and she also had the same traits as him was going to be updated in the system with the windows that I decided on.

I highly recommend this company to anyone. Very reasonable prices compare to others and their employees are very knowledgeable in their field & easy to have a conversation with & questions about their products.

The technician that came out and let me know it would be a repair (which is different) and not just a maintenence call. If you are noricing what appears to be door heavily thudding, chain slipping, springs stretched uneven, and track issues allocate the time for a "repair" as is a different service. It helps ensure they have all necessary parts on hand and gives technician a bigger window to do what is needed. Lesson learned for me on that one.

Technician came out, level set me, and pricing was transparent with no surprises. He was in and out in an hour for my first door.

Alex S. the local manager did an amazing job in help ensure I am set up for my 2nd door and taken care of as well.

The tech was a good dude, polite, and cared about his work. To be honest, they kind of saved my ass bc I needed to take my kids to their after school activities, and I wouldn't have been able to get my car out of my garage that day if they weren't able to fix my garage door so quickly.

I had to miss a dental appointment because the door would not open. I called precise she gave me an appointment window of 10 to 2. He was there at one very nice young man repaired my door and I was up and running by 2 o’clock. I highly recommend their prices were very reasonable and this is my second time calling on them to repair my garage door.
