But when a board goes out and it’s no longer available you have little choice. We chose Overhead Door because we have used them many times at different properties and are always pleased with their work. This time was no different. They had the new equipment on the truck and had it going in under 2 hours. They were also great in getting our MyQ/Ring/in-car remote and exterior wall pad all programmed and operational.

I went online at 9:00 am on a Saturday and requested an appointment between 2 - 6 pm.  The technician arrived around 3:00 pm.  Within 10 minutes, both cars and the garage button were programmed and working properly.  The technician was polite.  We were happy our problem was resolved quickly.

He made sure my order that I had placed originally with my sales representative
Amy Logan whom at that time wasn't available and she also had the same traits as him was going to be updated in the system with the windows that I decided on.

I highly recommend this company to anyone. Very reasonable prices compare to others and their employees are very knowledgeable in their field & easy to have a conversation with & questions about their products.
